Macaroon middle: (coconut (contains sulphites), sugar, glucose solids, dextrose, corn starch, dried albumen (egg whites, bakers yeast, citric acid), modified tapioca starch, artificial flavour, enriched wheat flour, salt, whey powder, soya flour, vegetable oil), water.

Fudge Icing: (sugar, glucose, water, shortening (palm oil, modified palm oil, mono and diglycerides, polysorbate 60), cocoa powder, soy oil, polysorbate 60, salt, mono and diglycerides, sodium propionate, soy lecithin, caramel colour, sorbic acid, natural and artificial flavour, citric acid.
